Before we apply the system, we talk you through the fitting and answer any questions. Careful preparation gives us the starting point for a precise fit.
We position your hair system on the prepared area and secure it in place using the fitting method discussed at your consultation. We check the alignment, how it sits against your scalp and how it meets your existing hair.
We take care over the fit before moving on to the cut, and explain the regular maintenance your system will need.
With your system in place, we create your chosen hairstyle. We cut, blend and shape the hair to suit your preferred look, paying attention to the hairline, sides and overall finish for a natural-looking result.
We finish by showing you how to style and care for your system at home. We also help you plan your next maintenance visit, so you know how to look after your new hair between appointments.
BEFORE YOUR FITTING
At your £15 consultation, we discuss your hair loss, preferred haircut, colour matching and suitability. Bring a photo of a style you like, or let us help you explore the options.
We explain the initial fitting, regular maintenance and replacement costs before you decide how to proceed. Your first full system is £550, including fitting and cut.

Arrange a consultationYour fitting is the start of your hair system routine. We guide you through washing, styling and care for your particular system, and help you plan for regular maintenance and eventual replacement.
Maintenance is usually around every three weeks and costs £75 per appointment. At these visits, we clean and refit your system.
Systems typically last around three to six months, depending on care and wear. Replacement systems cost £450 including fitting.
